Worth the extra money!
I love the look of foil baking cups, but they are a little more expensive. I am trying out a new hobby of making gourmet cupcakes, and these make an awesome presentation. FYI….. The product comes with the foil baking cups and there will be a pastel baking cup inserted in between the cups. This is done during manufacturing to prevent the foil cups from sticking to each other. REMOVE the pastel cup from the foil cup before filling with your batter. Please NOTE: the liner cups are the same as the pastel ones that you buy from Reynolds, so you can save them and use them for future baking (i.e. muffins, cupcakes, etc.) when you don’t want/need to use a foil liner. For me having the liner cups seemed to soften the blow of how expensive the foil ones are. I didn’t love having to buy 24 packages all at once, but these will be nice to have on-hand. I just purchased the mini cups because I loved these standard ones so much. I also like that the cupcake or muffin doesn’t stick as much to the…
the best baking cups
Whether making muffins or cupcakes, these are the best. No more dessert lost to sticking to the paper or stuck in the muffin tin. I use these exclusively.
Great product
We use these frequently in our home and they make cleanup SO much easier! Place your mix in the foil liner (some people use the paper liners as well but I find they stick too much to use), cook, and remove from the pan. Since the mix doesn’t touch the pan, cleaning up is much faster than it is without them! The food rarely sticks to these (cooling muffins for a couple minutes before removing from liner will help reduce sticking), unlike the store-brand versions. I highly recommend!
