Not excellent but does the job.
I bought this one because I wanted to try spring filter bombilla for my mate. Although there were some reviews praising its excelence, I have found it difficult to clean, cannot scrape your gourd with, filters my mate just as any other spoon shaped bombilla and it is inferior to my first bombilla I got in Taragui Mates & Bombillas, 1(500g) Yerba Mate + 1 Mate + 1 Bombillas. On the bright side, it is inexpensive and has no metallic taste whatsoever.
