Decent bags, good value, but won’t fit bread machine loaves.

I was mislead by the reviews to think this might be the solution to my bread-machine bagging needs. There’s NO WAY these bags will work for bread machine loaves. But I also bake baguette bread in a long cloche, so these work well for that bread. They are rather thin (like the bags used for local newspaper deliveries), but they keep the loaves fresh, so I’ve no problem with less plastic in the world. If you’re looking for bread machines, get larger bags. If you’re making long, French-style loaves, these are a good buy.

Lightweight but sturdy enough

As the title implies these are lightweight bags but still are plenty strong to hold loaves of bread and other home cooked items. Oh yes, you can’t beat the price. I will not run out for a long while.

Just what I needed

These are the perfect size for home made bread. Now my bread doesn’t dry out before we can eat it. Perfect for giving bread to friends and neighbors.
