Inteplast Medium Bread and Bakery Bag (Case of 1,000)

I make all my own bread and have been totally frustrated by the so-called “bread bags” I have found in the grocery stores. I’ve tried every brand and NONE of them would fit my loaves of bread. I had never (well, until recently) thought of trying to see if I could find something on Amazon! I figured I’d give these a try and, boy, am I glad I did. They work PERFECTLY! Given the number of them in a box, I was afraid I’d have trouble finding a place to store them, but they come in a box that’s only 6″ x 7″ x 9″. The bags are not loose, but folded so that you can grab as many or few as you want. At the rate of about 8-10 loaves a month, these will last me, literally, years :-O. I found others that had only 100 in a box, but they were the same price as these! I am very pleased with the cost for these, the quality is good, and I would definitely recommend them.

Nice product

I have been milling wheat into flour and baking freah bread on a fairly regular basis at home. I got really sick of wrapping loaves in Saran/Glad wrap because my lovely children would cut off a hunk of bread, and somehow find it impossible to ever re-wrap the remaining loaf completely. I just love it when a piece of bread has a dry spot on it (not!). So I measured my bread pans and bought this huge box of bread bags. They work perfectly, and are second only to the bread slicer I now use to get uniform pieces of bread, because my sweet children can’t seem to cut the bread straight either-lol! If I ever run out, I would buy this product again.

PS: I do not bake the bread in my breadmachine. I only use it to make dough and do the final rise/baking in regular bread pans. If you bake in your machine, measure the baking canister to make sure the bread will fit in these bags. There are other sizes available if these are not the right dimension for you.

Great for home baked bread

I got these for my home made bread and it works great. These are not overly large bags and would not hold a large sized loaf of bread, but are perfect for smaller loaves like those made at home! A great bargain. There are a great number of these but we are finding many uses for these bags!
