These bar stools are a great quality for a great price. We purchased two for the counter in our business lobby, and couldn’t be happier. We shopped around for the best price and none came close to this. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with these stools!

I purchased 5 of these stools for my basement bar in January 2010. I was looking for something that had the retro 50′s look but didn’t cost a fortune. I was a little nervous while I waited for them to be delivered…just thinking that the cost was so good that maybe they wouldn’t be good quality. But I was very pleased when they arrived (and they arrived quite quickly too)! They look very nice and are very sturdy. The swivel feature of the seat is pretty stiff but I assume that will loosen over time as they are used more. There were a couple of grey caps on the ends of the legs that were cracked but that really isn’t a big deal and you can buy replacements anywhere. Also – so you know cuz I was a little worried – the seats are dark black. The picture made the seat look a little brownish to me but I was happy when they arrived and were definitely black. All in all I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend these stools to anyone!

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR . . .

I bought seven of these for my basement bar. They are sturdy, simple, and retro in appearance. The seat is comfortable and there is a foot rail near the bottom of the frame that creates a good sitting position. Attaching the seat to the base took 30 seconds per stool with the pre-drilled holes and screws supplied. Shipping was fast and customer service communication was clear and responsive. I’m happy!
