I saw this water fountain spigot in the park while walking my dog. Both of us could use it because it was hooked up to copper piping without a bowl allowing the water to drop into a grate in the ground. The water came out in a clean arc. Because of the bubbler there was no splash. Any size person or dog could use this fountain. Also refills water bottles easily. Sanitary and safe. It seems kind of expensive, but considering the heavy use it gets it is worth it. I plan to put mine in the garden where unused water can drip into my flower beds.
