Fury Tactical EMS Assisted Opening Folder Folding Knife

For the price, this is a great knife!

I am not a knife aficionado by any means, but I have several cheap knives and several reasonably expensive EDC knives. This is a great value knife that I carry at work. It’s a bit big and heavy for an everyday carry, but it is ideal as a work knife as I am not worried about losing it. The assisted opening works well, it closes securely and is relatively sharp out of the box. I realize the blade won’t take a lot of pressure but I don’t think that this knife is aimed at that level of work. For a budget option, it’s great!

Heavy, Solid, Sharp and Reliable

For less than $11 and free 2 day shipping with Prime, it beats out $100+ name brand knives even if this one doesn’t end up last a half a year! (And most of those aren’t even spring assisted!)

The spring assist isn’t lightning fast but I don’t expect it to be since it has to drive the heavy blade, but it does so powerfully and reliably with a loud click. (Check your local laws, but spring assisted knives are more legally accepted than fully spring driven knives)

The spring locks the blade inside the handle solidly but still deploys very easily. You can’t tell from the only picture, but it does in fact have a finger assist in addition to the thumb nut.

Is not super heavy but has a solid weight and feel. When you deploy it and it locks it will shake your hand a little. The outer handle is made of smooth painted metal but has molded finger grooves and the back has rounded metal spines for grip. So far I haven’t had any problems gripping it when deploying,…

Excellent Deal

I got this knife for less than 15 dollars and it’s one of my favorites. Unfortunately, in my jurisdiction, it’s too big (4 inches) to be an Everyday Carry Knife (EDC) for me. Yet I love it’s weight the most. The handle sits in your hand as if its made out of lead. It really fills up your palm, and the blade is attractive. It locks up tight. The spring assist open is consistent but not powerful. It opens slowly but without a hitch. This is one of the best Chinese spring assist models I own.
