This product came exactly as advertised. I purchached it for our medical center for our paitents because peple come in with colds and such and when they would grab a spoon from a container they would end up touching other spoons and well, you know how germs spread. So BAM! Easy solution! They push the lever and Wa La, they get a clean spoon every time for their ice chips. Loading the smart stock spoons is SOOOooooo freakin easy too. 40 spoons come in a "stack" Instead of loading spoons one or two at a time, you place the still wrapped in a stack spoons into the dispenser and pull down on the tab and their loaded. If we had a need for the fork or knife dispenser I would by them too.
