Nothing much can be said…it is what it is, good quality, nice and thick. Only thing is the brown color makes things you serve with look, well, for lack of a better term, “not so bright”. It just kind of makes your product you place on it look kind of dull….I hope that makes sense. Anyway, again, nothing wrong at all with the product but next time we will go with a white color again just for appearances.
Deli paper
I bought this to separate slices of home made gluten free bread before freezing the loaf, to enable me to remove a few slices at a time as needed for my son’s meals. I cut a pile of these pages in half lengthwise first, since the loaves are smaller in size, and just alternate, one paper between three slices (folded around the middle slice). I was tired of separating the slices with plastic wrap when that was all I had. These papers work much better for my needs, and make me feel more green.
