You get what you pay for.
Having used cheaper pan scrapers on our grill that dull and fade quickly, I took a chance on this expensive scraper. The quality is exceptional. The steel is much heavier/tougher and the smooth wood handle is easy on the hands. Four stars because even with this level of quality, the price seemed a bit high for me.
Bottom line: You probably won’t find a better pan scraper for the money. It’s leagues better than the cheaper pan scrapers with thin/light metal and slim wood handles.
