Knife appears well made. Mechanism is tight. The blade fits well. The blade lock works well. The knife came very sharp. The rubber handle grips well. A very good knife.

Great gift for a Boy Scout

I purchased this for my son who is in Boy Scouts. He has owned a couple of cheap knives previously and they did not last long. The Bear Grylls is very durable and comes with a sheath to carry it. He did a lot of research on knives before asking me to get this one. It should last for his entire scouting experience and beyond. The Bear Grylls Folding Sheath Knife is slightly bigger than the Bear Grylls Survival Series Scout which looks very similar. The difference in specifications are shown below:

Mean lookin Knife!

Best knife ive ever bought also the only knife ive ever bought. Im always finding knives.Very grippy.a bit on the light side. its more of a graphite and orange color but it looks black and orange in photos i thought. very sharp almost took two of my fingers off whittling some stuff. Its a real mean looking knife!
