A little bendy, but many more teeth on the blade than most brands
I’ve bought and tried out a LOT of different plastic utensils recently. We’ve had to stop drinking and washing our dishware in the water, due to a possible problem with the water. So we’ve been buying and using lots of paper plates and plastic utensils.
Plastic knives are tricky, because you’re either wanting them for spreading or cutting. When using them for spreading, flimsy knives are a pain. However I’ve had some plastic knives that were quite strong, but had pitiful teeth on the blade, which made them useless for cutting even the softest foods.
These medium weight knives are a little bendy. They’re not as wobbly as some, but do flex a little. I have no problem spreading peanut butter on bread using these. What makes these knives a cut above the rest, is their teeth. These actually have some! Enough actually that last week when we cooked steaks, even though we thought the knife would be a little too bendy for the job, the teeth were sharp enough that it cut…
Great!
