Quality Control?
Benchmark 8oz popper
Several parts were misaligned when opening package.
1. Stirring agent was not properly seated causing it to scratch the kettle. Easy to fix, but could have been avoided with better owners manual/pictures
2, Latch to hold kettle was also not properly aligned. Had to bend metal so latch would catch lever to hold kettle upright.
Possibly an issue with shipping, but the packaging did not appear damaged. Otherwise, appears to be made of quality parts.
Amazon also offered the best price, although it was not available for immediate shipping. Several weeks for product to arrive (even with Prime membership).
