Disposable cat dishes
I dislike washing the plates I use for wet cat food because I end up with pieces of cat food floating around the kitchen sink. These plates are just the right size, I have 1000 of them and storing them is easy ’cause they’re small.
My mistake
It says 6" right in the product title. Why I thought these were dinner sized plates I’m not sure. While I was disappointed to get 1,000 dessert plates, I won’t take off any stars because the mistake is clearly mine. This is also why I won’t return it. I wanted bigger plates but I can make use of these. I am including this information just in case anyone else makes the same mistake I did. I am usually very good at researching products before I buy, I just slipped up. Onto the product review.
First, I like that these are eco-friendly, and certifiably sourced under the Sustainable Forest Initiative. These are microwave safe. 2 plates thick should be enough for anything you eat on them, and 1 is fine for anything like angel food cake, cookies, sandwiches, and things like that. We don’t have a dishwasher, so we use more paper than I would like, so it’s nice that these are compostable, and made from 100% paper, so they biodegrade better than the synthetics often used in big…

I feed a lot of cats, some are mine and some just come for food and these plates are excellent for feeding cats.
