Great for thick shakes or for shakes with pieces of fruit.
The straws available in the local grocery store are too skinny for the protein shakes I make everyday. These straws a perfect for thick shakes with fruit. I usually include blueberries in my shakes and I have no problem drinking them with these straws. One end of the straw is pointed which causes me to ingest a lot of air when I get to the bottom of my glass. I have been cutting the pointed end off and when I run out of these straws I will look for some with no pointed ends.
